The Taare Zameen Par full movie in hindi dubbed download is a 2008 Indian drama film. It is the directorial debut of Aamir Khan, an actor who has appeared in numerous Bollywood films. The film was produced by him and written by his sister, Farhat Khan. It tells the story of eight-year-old Ishaan Nethraal Mathers, who suffers from dyslexia and how he learns to live with it. It met with some controversy on account of its depiction of childhood disabilities which some critics claimed encouraged negative stereotypes about children with different mindsets while others praised it for its sensitivity towards children with special needs . The film received generally positive reviews from critics and became a moderate box office success, as it earned 8.89 billion Indian rupees (US$185 million) worldwide. Anandamide Ishaan Awasthi (Darsheel Safary), an eight-year-old dyslexic child, is sent by his father Nandlal Awasthi (Rajesh Tandon) to a boarding school after his academic performance starts slipping. There, he meets his new teacher, Ram Shankar Nikumbh (Aamir Khan), who suspects him to be an underachiever and lazier than he appears to be. Nikumbh takes him on as a project and helps him discover his talent for painting. Ishaan begins to excel at the school, winning awards and overcoming his dyslexia, which he had developed after being accidentally injured by his brother. When Nikumbh learns of this, he asks Ishaan to stop painting and find a different hobby, but Ishaan refuses and Nikumbh is forced to let him continue with it. After the camp's closure, Nikumbh asks Ishaan's parents to take him back home as he is about to start college and cannot look after the boy anymore. On their way home, Ishaan's parents are involved in an auto accident. Nikumbh begins to keep in touch with Ishaan, who is now back at the boarding school, and visits him often. Eventually, Nikumbh discovers that Ishaan is depressed and slowly begins to accept that he is fulfilling his role as a teacher and is not doing enough for him. This is further complicated when Nikumbh's mother (Shabana Azmi) comes to visit and sees what little time he spends with Ishaan. The next day, Nikumbh takes Ishaan out on his bike for lunch at a nearby restaurant. While returning back, they are involved in another accident where Nikumbh dies while saving the young boy's life. Ishaan is rushed to the hospital, where he is told his leg will require an operation. Ishaan refuses, insisting that he would like to return to the boarding school. The movie ends with Nikumbh's mother taking Ishaan away on his bike. The film was produced by Aamir Khan Productions and Clean Slate Films in association with UTV Motion Pictures. It was filmed at St. Xavier's School, Colaba. The School also has an auditorium named after Aamir Khan in recognition of the fact that the school aided him in making this film possible by allowing him full access to its facilities throughout the course of filming.
